The purpose of this video is to inform riders about the MBTA fare hikes and raise awareness about the poor employee-rider relationships on the T. In this video, we will provide general information about the fare hikes and what the problem is and why it is a problem, as well as the cause of problems and who it affects and how. Interviews of actual students from Malden High School answering questions about the fare hikes will also be included. At the end of this video, there will be suggestions to solving these problems and recorded scenarios of these solutions.
